linen hot + cold therapy pillow

The linen hot + cold therapy pillow is a multi-use therapeutic tool to help you feel your best. When heated, it will soothe and relax muscle tension, and when chilled, it will act as a cold compress. Lavender scented for additional relaxation. 

• 6" x 18"
• Cover is made with a blend of natural linen and cotton
• Filled with 99% wholegrain buckwheat, 1% lavender
• Remove cover to wash - wash cold, hang to dry. Do not wash insert
• TO HEAT: remove cover before heating. Heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Shake the pillow between intervals for even heating and to ensure contents don't burn.
